It’s no secret that I’m addicted.
Kickboxing has completely changed my workout game, and I knew from my first class that I would never be able to NOT punch stuff for fun. It’s the cardio workout of a lifetime, and there’s no better post-workout feeling. Of all the workouts I’ve ever done (and it’s been a LOT), a kickboxing workout makes me feel the best. And that’s why I do it. And that’s why I’m sharing it with you. Because it’s just too good to keep it to myself!
